Production Engineer Rubber Section

Departments: Production CSO

Role: To Oversee manufacturing of rubber products to meet the production targets with quality standards. To also play a crucial role in cost efficiency, safety and improvements.

A. Core Responsibilities:

· Production Planning – Make Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Plan and

Schedule shifts and employees to meet the plan.

· Production –Follow preproduction checklist before initiating production, supervise production executed as per Plan, Process Control Parameters & SOPs

· Reporting: - Make Daily Production, Plan vs Actual & Monthly MIS Reports, Maintain accurate records of production data, process documentation, and quality control reports

· Safety & 5S Compliance – Establish & enforce rules for safe & clean work environment for all production employees

· Team Leadership – Provide guidance & support to production employees including training for efficiency & improvement

· Problem Solving & Troubleshooting – Identify, Report, Analyze & Resolve Production Issues including Quality Issues more effective production

B. Cover Responsibilities

· Maintenance – Ensure daily routine machine maintenance is carried out by operators & support maintenance staff in preventive as well as breakdown maintenance

· Team Collaboration – Be a team player, support other departments in achieving their target and help in analyzing & resolving problems

Reporting to: Unit Head & CEO

Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering along with 5-8 years’ experience in rubber manufacturing

Skills Required:

· Strong understanding of rubber manufacturing processes, including mixing, molding, and curing

· A good leader and clear communicator

· Ability to motivate & guide, analyse complex problems and meet deadlines

· Knowledge of basic & advance quality concept and safety guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
