Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and more than 10 years of experience in Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on steel fabrication. This role involves analyzing production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage steel fabrication processes to ensure production meets high-quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to meet customer and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production processes, materials, or equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, design, and supply chain teams, to ensure production aligns with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and industry standards on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, testing results, and performance metrics.
• Continuously analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
• Ensure all production goals, including timelines, cost, and quality, are met within established parameters.

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.
• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
