Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day production activities as per plan.Ensure process parameters are maintained and production targets are achieved.Monitor and maintain line efficiency, yield, and product quality.Support implementation of GMP, 5S, and safety practices on the shop floor.Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.Prepare and maintain daily production reports and documentation.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.Support validation, trials, and new process setups as per requirements.Skills Required:Knowledge of manufacturing process control and documentation.Hands-on experience in machine operation and troubleshooting.Good understanding of GMP / ISO standards.Strong analytical and communication skills.Basic computer knowledge
