Job Discription:
· Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor for EV charger assembly and testing.
· Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met while maintaining safety and compliance.
· Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely issue resolution.
· Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.
· Monitor equipment performance and schedule regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as per ISO and industry standards.
· Train and guide production staff, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety protocols.
· Conduct root cause analysis for any production issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
