Production Engineer

You will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities: - Planning daily production schedule to ensure smooth operations. - Monitoring effective utilization of manpower and machines in the plant. - Controlling quality and ensuring timely delivery of production orders. - Preparing monthly production schedule and machine utilization reports. - Training and motivating workers to enhance productivity. - Maintaining adequate plant equipment and working environment through preventive maintenance and 5S implementation. - Conducting daily sunrise meetings on the shop floor. - Verifying daily work reports for accuracy. You should possess the following skills: - Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. - Experience in team handling and leadership qualities.
