● Monitor production planning and control activities within the organization.
● Review daily planning of work centre output, utility and manpower management
● Ensure delivery performance by daily monitoring of Engineering, Production work Centre output, shift planning, work order priority and planning
● Handle grievances related to customer delivery concerns and report to group leader about unresolved issues
● Notify Technical Sales Support Team regarding planning deviation or any other production related technical concerns
● Ensure shift planning to achieve desire operational efficiency without compromising on customer delivery performance
● Coordination with stores, Quality, maintenance and other departments for production activities
● Define, implement and improve processes as per best manufacturing practices and ISO 9001
● Maintain 5S, use problem solving tools and best manufacturing practices (lean manufacturing, Kaizen etc.)
● Coordination with logistic partners for physical collection and connection of shipments
Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
