Production Engineer

A production engineer oversees and optimizes the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Their responsibilities include planning production schedules, improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, managing equipment, and analyzing production data. They collaborate with other teams, implement safety protocols, and develop strategies to improve overall productivity. Key responsibilities

• Process management: Plan and oversee production schedules, design and modify production systems, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Quality assurance: Ensure product quality meets standards and is in compliance with all rules and regulations.
• Efficiency and cost reduction: Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, improve safety, and lower operating costs.
• Equipment maintenance: Supervise and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Data and analysis: Study production data, perform analysis, and use tools like CAD software for planning and design.
• Team collaboration: Work with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to solve problems and implement new strategies.

• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
