Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery timelines. Supervise production processes for clean room components (PUF panels, modular clean rooms, ceiling panels, doors, etc.). Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow. Troubleshoot production issues, machine breakdowns, or material shortages. Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to reduce wastage and downtime. Maintain production reports, daily logs, and performance metrics. Support installation and commissioning teams as needed. Implement process improvements for better productivity and cost efficiency. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S practices.
