Jespera is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineers – Mechanical and Electrical to join our manufacturing team. The role involves working on the fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance of automation systems and control panels. The ideal candidate should have experience in a production environment and be committed to improving processes, maintaining high standards, and working collaboratively.

Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Production Engineer

• Handle fabrication and assembly of mechanical components and panels.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and safety.

Electrical Production Engineer

• Assemble and wire low-voltage panels, MCCs, and control systems.
• Install and test components such as VFDs, PLCs, and soft starters.
• Conduct troubleshooting and ensure proper functioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare and maintain wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly, wiring, or electrical testing.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and quality control.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
