Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production output according to planned schedules. Your role will involve managing, controlling, and monitoring manpower and machine capacity utilization to ensure productivity improvements and compliance with quality standards. Your duties will include giving output as per the production plan, selecting and applying tools and equipment for production, choosing cutting parameters, and training workmen. You will also be responsible for supervising manpower deployment, shift allocation, ensuring safety, health, and environmental norms are met, and liaising with production management and the design team. Continuous improvement in production, machine usage, process improvement, and any other activities connected to the manufacturing department assigned from time to time will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in the Machine Tools or Machinery Industry and possess extensive knowledge of machineries and machine tools. Experience in machine assembly, structural fabrications, machining processes, inspection plans, determining process capabilities, pneumatics, hydraulics, customer support/service in a machine tool industry, control systems, PLC, and mechatronics will be beneficial.
