Production Engineer ( Foundry Process)

We, VSP Ispat Pvt Ltd company in Foundry Industry( Iron , Steel & Metal ) located in Chandapur, Hathnoora Mandal, Sangareddy Dist near Doultabad, Telangana State. We are looking for a Experienced Candidates for the Position of Production Engineer ( Foundry Process). Responsibilities & Duties Develop, evaluate, and improve foundry processes for manufacturing metal castings Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce scrap rates Monitor and analyze production data to ensure processes are within specified parameters Collaborate with quality control departments to ensure adherence to quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date documentation of all process procedures and adjustments Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of foundry equipment Assist in the design and layout of foundry production areas for optimal performance Conduct training sessions for foundry staff on new processes and equipment Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in foundry technologies Foundry Process Engineer Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field Experience with metal casting processes and foundry operations Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control Familiarity with simulation software for metal casting processes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience Project management experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Metallurgical or Materials Science Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a foundry or metallurgical environment Knowledge of metal casting methods, materials, and quality standards Proficiency in using process control tools and techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to interpret and analyze technical data and specifications Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting Note: Ready to Relocate please have a view on the Google Location and apply: https://maps.app.goo.gl/n6johDTxs5yyrUEX6 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
