Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Optimize machine setups, tooling, and cutting parameters to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Tooling Management: Design and select appropriate tooling for machining operations. Manage tool inventory and ensure availability of necessary tools. Implement tool maintenance and sharpening programs. Oversee tool room operations. Machine Shop Operations: Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets.
