Job Description: We are seeking a Production Engineer to work on our anesthesia machine and ICU ventilator. The ideal applicant must have a pleasing personality and strong customer service skills.

Industry Type: Medical Device Manufacturing

Qualification & Experience:

Must have three years of experience with a diploma in electronics or
B.Tech in ECE with a year of work experience in the medical device industry.
Must be familiar with Electronics circuits and Troubleshooting.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.

Role and Responsibilities:

Work with the range of engineering disciplines on equipment breakdown, improvement and maintenance activities.
Analyse the current production process and introduce lean manufacturing techniques.
Work with Quality and Supply chain to improve component and product quality.
Work with Design Engineering to improve the manufacturability of current products.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects with a strong problem-solving ability.
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to less experienced team members.

Key Skills:

Possess exceptional troubleshooting skills
Should have Good communication skills
Should be disciplined and Punctual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,588.43 - ₹37,248.60 per month
