Role & responsibilities The person should be qualified diploma in mechanical engineering /BE Mechanical engineering The person should have industrial experience about 10 years The person should have experience in utilities like Boiler Diesel fired boiler operation and maintenance , Chiller operation and maintenance experience , N2 plant , Air compressor , cooling tower and water treatment plant operation and maintenance He should have knowledge and work experience on GMP , Industrial safety and environment related activities . Trouble shooting of Utility Equipments Analysis of failures by root cause analysis /Fault tree analysis and knowledge on CAPA and its implementation . Boiler operating license is preferable . Preferred candidate profile Candidate is preferable from Pharmaceutical Industry Good Leadership quality Must know to handle a team Immediate Joiner preferred

Role & responsibilities Costing: Updating of Standard Costing Setting in CO module of SAP. Compare and analysis between Standard Cost setting and Actual Cost setting. Preparing Monthly Cost centre report Preparing BOM Reports with cost of consumption Overhead cost report & analysis Costing and FG and Raw Materials reports Bank Transactions: Import Payment Processing Export payment Processing managing vendor payments/ reconciliation and ensuring timely payment to vendors Bank Reconciliation Statement New Bank Account Process Cash Flow Forecast (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) Heading Process Statutory related (TDS Payments, Returns & GST Payments, Returns) Managing/ handling FC payments/ collections and liasioning with bankers Bank Payment through online/offline. MIS: Prepare Monthly Financial Report (P&L, BS, TB & Inventory Valuation & Physical Verification) Timely closure of monthly accounts. Compliance: Good knowledge and experience in GST Return. Good knowledge and experience in Company Law Handling/ Liaisoning with internal auditors. Co-ordinating and completion of year-end Financial audit and tax audit.
