Job Description : Having CNC, HMC & VMC programming Skills. Independent Setting Handover of new product to production activity Drawing reading Supervision Achieve daily plan Vs actual production Handling of Measuring Instruments, GD & T. Manpower handling Expertise in part inspection for developed parts and Regular parts. Promote a healthy work environment with strict adherence to safety protocols. Ensure discipline, safety, and 5S workplace organization in the plant and office. Knowledge Required : Maintain documentation and records in compliance with IATF and ISO standards 1 GD&T, Daily Shop Floor Report CNC/VMC/HMC programming Tools knowledge Skill Required : Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in Production-Machine Shop. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CNC, VMC, HMC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams. High level of self-motivation, initiative, and Innovative problem-solving capabilities
