Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer at Aqua Systems Private Limited in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production processes and timely deliveries. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed quality checks of MRN (Material Received Note) and casting items to maintain high standards. - Collaborating with sales teams to align production schedules with sales orders for smooth execution. - Developing and overseeing production plans for assembly, grinding, and polishing processes to meet operational goals. - Tracking production progress to meet sales targets and ensure efficient order execution. - Maintaining records and documentation as per ISO standards and ensuring compliance with quality management requirements. - Handling internal and external audits to meet regulatory and quality standards. - Acting as the Management Representative (MR) to coordinate quality management system processes efficiently. - Identifying and implementing improvements in tooling and machinery parts to enhance production efficiency. - Analyzing rejection and rework trends, determining root causes, and implementing action plans for quality improvement. - Overseeing machinery startup to ensure optimal functioning and minimal downtime. - Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address production-related issues promptly. - Monitoring daily production activities to meet targets consistently and address production bottlenecks promptly. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production, with a strong understanding of MRN, casting, and quality management in a similar industry. - Proven experience in production scheduling, planning, and execution. - Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in managing audits. - Strong analytical skills to identify and address production inefficiencies, rejection rates, and rework causes. - Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across departments.,
