Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficient use of resources, high product quality, and timely completion of projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities while leading a team to meet productiong goals. Additionally, the Production Manager will conduct regular performance
evaluations, manage team meetings, and implement disciplinary actions as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Production Planning and Coordination
● Develop Production Schedules: Create daily, weekly, and monthly
production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
● Resource Allocation: Optimise resource allocation, including labour,
materials, and machinery, to achieve efficient production processes.
● Monitor Workflow: Supervise the production workflow to ensure smooth and
timely completion of production tasks.
2. Quality Control and Assurance
● Enforce Quality Standards: Ensure all production processes adhere to
established quality standards and industry regulations.
● Inspect Final Products: Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
to confirm they meet design specifications.
