Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production & Design Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and overseeing the production process
• Ensuring production targets are met according to schedule
• Maintaining production quality standards and implementing process improvements
• Creating fabrication and pipeline designs, including layout plans
• Managing workflow, coordinating production resources, and monitoring equipment performance
• Troubleshooting production and design issues to minimize downtime
• Coordinating with vendors for timely procurement of materials and components
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Creating production reports and maintaining proper documentation
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and production of mechanical components and systems
• Implement production schedules and monitor work progress
• Work with the production team to maintain efficiency and product quality
• Resolve manufacturing and design issues promptly and effectively
• Conduct equipment and process audits to ensure operational efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain quality standards

Qualifications:
B.E. Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
