Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per qualification Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong knowledge of production processes Equipment costing and budgeting skills Design and fabrication knowledge Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production & Design Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Designing and overseeing the production process Ensuring production targets are met according to schedule Maintaining production quality standards and implementing process improvements Creating fabrication and pipeline designs, including layout plans Managing workflow, coordinating production resources, and monitoring equipment performance Troubleshooting production and design issues to minimize downtime Coordinating with vendors for timely procurement of materials and components Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Creating production reports and maintaining proper documentation Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations Roles & Responsibilities: Design and production of mechanical components and systems Implement production schedules and monitor work progress Work with the production team to maintain efficiency and product quality Resolve manufacturing and design issues promptly and effectively Conduct equipment and process audits to ensure operational efficiency Follow all safety protocols and maintain quality standards Qualifications: B.E.
