Role Overview:

We are looking for a Production & Design Engineer with strong expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Design & Development. This role is not limited to design work — the selected candidate will also take full responsibility for production activities, ensuring smooth execution from design to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Design & develop sheet metal components for fabrication and laser cutting.
• Design & develop fixtures that are simple, cost-effective, and easy to machine.
• Lead and supervise production activities to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing.
• Coordinate with shop-floor workers, vendors, and the management team.
• Optimize designs for ease of manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Ensure quality control and minimize rework.
• Provide feedback and improvements for continuous process development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of production planning, sheet metal fabrication, machining, and laser cutting.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in design + production.
• Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience).
• Performance-based bonus linked to accuracy, innovation, and efficiency.
• Career growth towards Production Manager / Design Lead roles.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum Service Agreement: Candidate must serve a minimum of 1 year from the date of joining.
• Notice Period: Candidate must provide a 3-month notice before resignation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,721.73 per month
