Production Data Entry

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily production data (output quantities, material consumption, downtime, labor hours, etc.) using GATI production management software.
• Review and verify production documents for accuracy; resolve discrepancies by coordinating with production supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain digital logs of work orders, production batches, machine reports, and inventory movements.
• Generate and distribute production reports through GATI for management and department use.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels by recording material receipts, returns, and usage.
• Ensure data integrity by routinely checking for errors, missing entries, and incomplete documents.
• Support production planning and scheduling teams by providing accurate, up-to-date data.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Experience using GATI production or inventory management software (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of data entry or production office experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong typing and data entry accuracy (speed and precision).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with production and warehouse teams.
