Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at a French apparel manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of LBV projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinating schedules and manpower planning for LBV projects, such as development, collection, and VIP, to ensure timely completion and delivery. - Following LBV projects from initial design to final product delivery, overseeing the development to production processes. - Monitoring internal LBV processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality. - Maintaining detailed records of activities, including costs and project timelines. - Communicating effectively with production and development teams, providing timely updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi. - Proven experience in production coordination or project management, preferably within the textile or embroidery industry. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, and Outlook. - Knowledge of embroidery techniques and processes is a plus, though not mandatory. This position will initially be based in Chennai and may later be transferred to Mumbai.
