Production Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the daily operations of our ice cream production line. The candidate will assist in production processes, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and mixing of ice cream ingredients as per recipes.
• Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product quality during the production process.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of ice cream products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area at all times.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
• Support inventory management by checking raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1-3years in a food production or FMCG industry
• Experience in cold storage, dairy, ice cream, or beverage production is a strong plus .

• B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Master’s Degree in Food Technology
• ITI or Mechanical stream is a plus
• Ability to work in cold environments
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Team player with good discipline and punctuality
• Basic reading/writing skills in English or local language
