Role Description

Gummy Manufacturing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Operate gummy manufacturing machinery including cookers, depositors, conveyors, and mixers
• Monitor batch processing, temperature control, texture, and setting parameters
• Maintain detailed production logs and batch manufacturing records as per GMP guidelines
• Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly followed
• Oversee the gummy molding, demolding, oiling, and drying processes
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues or machine malfunctions
• Coordinate with stores, QA/QC, and packaging departments for smooth operations
• Maintain proper material movement and consumption records
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in food or nutraceutical manufacturing, preferably in gummy or confectionery production
• Familiarity with cooking, depositing, and drying processes in gelatin or pectin-based gummy lines
• Understanding of GMP, FSSAI, and hygiene compliance in a production environment
• Ability to work efficiently in shift operations and meet production deadlines
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Basic technical know-how of operating and maintaining production equipment
• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field preferred
