Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production of handmade products (accessories, candles, gift hampers, packaging, etc.)
• Manage and organize raw materials, inventory, and production supplies
• Support quality checks to ensure all products meet brand standards
• Help in packaging and labeling of finished goods for retail and gifting orders
• Coordinate with the design and operations team to meet production timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace
• Occasionally assist during exhibitions or pop-ups

Requirements:

• Passion for sustainable and handmade products
• Detail-oriented and hands-on with a creative mindset
• Basic organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in production, craft, or operations (preferred but not mandatory)
