Production Assistant

The Production Assistant (PA) will provide administrative and logistical support to the production team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the production process, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day production activities on set and in the office.
• Coordinate schedules, call sheets, and production logistics.
• Handle equipment setup, transportation, and inventory management.
• Assist cast and crew as needed, including coordinating meals, travel, and accommodations.
• Maintain production documentation, files, and records.
• Run errands and perform other duties as required to support the production team.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and production protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, media, or event coordination preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
