Production Assistant

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant supports the manufacturing team in the assembly and production of PCBA and devices. This role requires proficiency in soldering and a basic understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and Soldering:

Perform hand soldering of SMD and PTH electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed instructions and standards

Assemble electronic devices and components as per production requirements.

Inspect solder joints and assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards IPC 610

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of soldering equipment and tools.

Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor for timely resolution.

Support Production Operations:

Assist in setting up workstations and preparing materials for production runs.

Follow work instructions and production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks like testing integration and packing

Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.

Quality Control:

Conduct visual inspections of soldered connections and assembled products.

Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing with hands-on soldering skills.

Skills:

Proficiency in hand soldering techniques for electronic components.

Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
