Production Assistant

As a Production Support Specialist, your role involves providing assistance in the day-to-day operations of the production floor to ensure smooth production activities. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing production support by ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are readily available for production activities. - Managing materials by organizing and maintaining inventory levels for raw materials and finished products. - Coordinating with the procurement team for the timely supply of required materials. - Documenting and reporting duties, such as maintaining production logs, reports, and records as instructed by the supervisor. - Tracking production schedules and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor. - Conducting quality control inspections of materials and products at various production stages to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Notifying the supervisor of any quality issues or defects. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Assist in the routine maintenance of production equipment. - Report any malfunctions or issues with machinery to the supervisor. - Adhere to company safety policies and procedures on the production floor. - Collaborate with the production staff to achieve daily and monthly production goals. - Assist in training new staff on production processes and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support production activities. This full-time position includes benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, and the work location is in person.
