10+ years Production exp of which at least 5+ years exp as a Production Manager in Defense / Automotive / Consumer electronics company with good communication skillsBatch & Discrete production Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and organizing different production schedules and activitiesEnsuring within budget and on time procurement, productionEnsuring that production meets the required Quality standards at all stagesIdentifying resource gaps, Training needs and ensuring that they are fulfilled.Vendors Quality rating, feedback and improvementMeetings with Coordinators, decision making and summary report to management for Production, Field jobs, servicing jobs, Quality Assurance, Performance analysisProduction analysis, setting Minimum Reorder Levels, Reorder QuantitiesExperience with Pick & place machines, Test Zigs and other productivity enhancement tools is a PlusExperience with usage of Inventory management ERPCoordinate with clients, answer queries, address issues if any.
