Production and Quality Manager

Role Overview: As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, scaling-up, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold product quality. You will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for safe and effective product development. Key Responsibilities: - Design, scale-up, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and systems. - Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, and EMA. - Investigate production and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Maintain accurate records of processes, deviations, changes, and results for regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with production staff, pharmacists, chemists, and quality assurance teams for effective product development. - Analyze production data to identify trends, variability, and improvement opportunities. - Assist in selecting and integrating new equipment and technologies for process enhancement. Qualification Required: - Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Expertise in quality management systems and GMP compliance. - Experience with commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of regulatory environments.
