We are looking for a Production Incharge who can manage the day-to-day work of making our ready decorative items. The person must have a good eye for detail, be able to identify good and bad quality, guide the workers, and check all finished pieces before packing. They should be able to coordinate smoothly with the team, handle basic managerial work, maintain discipline on the floor, and communicate clearly in simple English (spoken and written). Basic Excel skills are required for making daily reports. The role involves supervising production, ensuring quality control, organising materials, and making sure the work runs on time and in an orderly way.
We need someone who stays within 20 mins from our factory in Dhulagori
