Production and Planning Engineer

We require Production and Planning engineer with 5 years plus experience in a manufacturing company similar to these - Gas Dehydration, Separation & Upgradation systems for Biogas, Syngas, Landfill Gas, Producer Gas, Natural Gas, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Methanol, and any other organic solvents.

Important - Only Mechanical Engineers.

Oversee Vessel Fabrication: Manage the fabrication contractor to ensure vessels made from MS/SS plates comply with ASME guidelines  Supervise Piping and Valve Integration: Coordinate in-house piping and valve installation, ensuring leak-free and compliant assembly.  Inspect Outsourced Components: Verify quality and compatibility of externally sourced motors, blowers, and vacuum pumps for seamless integration.  Plan Production Schedules: Develop and execute production plans to meet client deadlines and specifications.  Conduct Quality Testing: Perform or oversee non-destructive testing (e.g., ultrasonic, radiographic) on welded vessels to ensure structural integrity.  Monitor Welding Standards: Supervise welding processes during fabrication to meet ASME standards and maintain production quality.

Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Identify inefficiencies in fabrication, assembly, or integration to enhance productivity and reduce costs.  Document and Report: Prepare production and quality control reports, including MIS, material certifications, and compliance records for audits.  Resolve Issues: Investigate and address production bottlenecks or quality defects, implementing corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
