Production and collection coordinator

Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator to manage production order workflows and customer payment processing in our manufacturing unit. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, accurate payment tracking, and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Production Order Management:

• Track and process incoming production orders.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor raw material inventory and liaise with suppliers.
• Keep order statuses updated and communicate timelines with customers.
• Upload and share photos of finished products with customers before dispatch. Customer Support:
• Respond to inquiries about orders, production timelines, and product availability. Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on customer needs and provide feedback.
• Payment Processing & Dispatch:
• Generate and track invoices accurately.
• Reconcile payments (credit cards, bank transfers, etc.) with financial records.
• Collect full payment from customers before dispatching products.
• Address payment delays or issues and assist customers with billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch upon payment confirmation.
• Qualifications Experience:
• Background in production, payment handling, or customer service, ideally in manufacturing or e-commerce.
• Prior coordination or operations experience preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
• Attributes:  Customer-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented.  Comfortable handling sensitive financial and customer data.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
