Product Trainer

Job Profile:

Training-

• Induction and Product Training of Internal Employees
• Training Acknowledgement
• Joinee feedback with reporting manager
• Training Doc update
• Training Module Update
• Document new features or processes and update the same to the team.

Product Support-

• Every-day order management
• Reward order master excel management
• Reward Slab management
• Creation of new RezLive voucher creative
• Create New Reward store as updated by management
• Reward store update with new reward vouchers
• Manage agent reward query management or voucher escalations
• Coordinate with Dubai accounts, account receivables, and account payable for fund management
• Verification of discount as received from reward vendor
• Identify new suppliers giving better offers or vouchers for different markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
