Product Trainer

A product trainer educates internal employees, partners, and external clients on a company's products, including their features, benefits, and usage. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs and materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training. They work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date. Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training: Create and conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, for new hires, sales teams, partners, and customers.
• Create training materials: Design and develop engaging training programs, manuals, presentations, and other instructional materials.
• Assess and analyze needs: Identify training needs, assess performance gaps, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with product management, sales, and support teams to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated on products: Maintain expert-level knowledge of product features and updates, and incorporate new information into training modules.
• Support product launches: Assist in the successful launch of new products by ensuring all stakeholders are adequately trained.
• Provide ongoing support: Answer product-related queries and provide ongoing support to users and internal teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
