Experian is hiring for Product Support Role - IDF

Experian India is looking for candidates for Product Support

Role & responsibilities

Build monthly MIS & quarterly reports
Take care of preliminary Onboarding formalities / checklist for a client & help with customer calls / demo
Work with cross-functional team (technical as well as functional) and be engaged with clients on Product related query resolution
Ensure data quality checks at periodic intervals
Work with Product Consultants for Data analysis and rule reviews
Take care of overall query management and incident management and reporting the same to client

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for someone with a Bachelors degree, preferably BTech
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Doc , PPT
Quick & agile Learner who will be inquisitive to learn Experian Products quickly
