Job Description

Minimum qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. - Have at least 5 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. - Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. - Possess experience with data/SQL and web technologies. Preferred qualifications: - Have experience using Google Ads or other online advertising solutions and familiarity with the media/tech landscape. - Show proficiency in technical troubleshooting or customer support within a tech organization. - Display expertise in business analysis to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and provide recommendations. - Demonstrate the ability to translate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences. - Showcase experience in developing perspectives on customer-focused solutions. About the job: gTech Ads is responsible for providing support, media, and technical services for customers of all sizes across Google's Ad products stack. The team assists customers in optimizing their use of Ad and Publisher products, offering guidance and support as needed. Services provided range from enabling self-help and in-product support to setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and delivering media solutions tailored to customers" business and marketing requirements. Additionally, the team provides complex technical and measurement solutions, along with consultative support for large customers, offering both bespoke and scalable solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google, gTech Ads continuously develops and enhances solutions, tools, and services to improve products and enrich client experience. As a global, cross-functional team, the primary focus is to ensure customers achieve maximum returns on their investments with Google and maintain a trusted partnership. Responsibilities: - Prioritize and deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey, resolving issues, and interacting directly with Google's advertisers, Sales teams, agencies, and partners. - Utilize product expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical customer issues, handle escalations and projects efficiently. - Analyze data and insights to develop action plans that address root causes of customer issues, emphasizing knowledge management, operational enhancements, account reviews, and product adoption. - Collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client journey, resolve issues, and understand customer requirements. - Share insights and provide expertise to partner teams to support product and process enhancements.,
