Product Support Consultant

You will be part of a Project / Technical Account Management team at Zycus, offering analytical and solution-oriented services to Fortune 500 clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with global customers to implement Zycus" AI-driven procurement solution - Understanding customers" Zycus application configurations and usage patterns - Providing training on new releases and addressing customer issues proactively - Managing change and service requests - Analyzing customer tickets to identify recurring patterns and work towards permanent solutions - Maintaining customer implementations to ensure timely deliverables, efficiency, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction To excel in this role, you should have: - An MBA in Supply Chain and Operations - 2-5 years of experience - Willingness to work in 24 X 7 shifts - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn new tools and techniques - Collaboration skills, multitasking abilities, and a focus on prioritization - Technical proficiency in Zycus products configuration, Incident Management Tools, MS-Excel, etc. This position is available in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune, providing you with the opportunity to work in a global team and engage with customers worldwide.
