Job Summary:
We're hiring for an Analyst Product Support with 2-3 years of experience in Mumbai, to provide technical support for company customers and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide product support and assistance to customers, responding to technical support tickets.
2. Installation and Configuration: Create vessel configurations and oversee installations on board.
3. Documentation: Maintain documentation for all support activities, including product development and customer issues.
Required Skills:

2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with networking systems, protocols, and remote desktop support systems.
3. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
