Product Specialist

You are a talented Senior Product Specialist who is ambitious and always enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and striving to grow as the company continues to push for Product Success, Cloud Co-Innovation, and ultimately drive the product experience forward in Cloud ERP - Product Success Organization. As part of the Cloud ERP Product Success Organization, your role involves supporting Customers during the Implementation of SAP Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management solutions through the Cloud Customer Care Program. You will provide support to Critical Customers after go-live through Customer Advocacy and promote adoption of solutions and innovations. Additionally, you will work on Two-Tier ERP Integration Scenario build, Develop and Maintain Tools to support Customers during Software upgrades, and undertake Internal Projects to evaluate the Suite experience in alignment with Suite First and AI First Strategy.
