We are looking for a talented Senior Product Specialist who is ambitious and always enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and strives to grow as we continue to push for Product Success, Cloud Co-Innovation, and ultimately drive our product experience forward in Cloud ERP - Product Success Organization. As part of Cloud ERP Product Success Organization, we support Customers during their Implementation of SAP Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management solutions through the Cloud Customer Care Program. We provide support to Critical Customers after go-live through Customer Advocacy and promote adoption of our solutions and innovations. We also work on Two-Tier ERP Integration Scenario build, Develop and Maintain Tools to support Customers during Software upgrades, and undertake Internal Projects to evaluate our Suite experience in alignment with Suite First and AI First Strategy. The key areas of responsibility and tasks for this role include: - Supporting Customers during the Implementation of SAP Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management solutions - Providing support to Critical Customers after go-live through Customer Advocacy - Promoting adoption of our solutions and innovations - Working on Two-Tier ERP Integration Scenario build - Developing and maintaining Tools to support Customers during Software upgrades - Undertaking Internal Projects to evaluate our Suite experience in alignment with Suite First and AI First Strategy If you are passionate about SAP S/4HANA, SAP DMC, and SAPInterna, and eager to bring out your best, this is the opportunity for you.
