Product Specialist / OT Technician

As a Product Specialist / OT Technician at our company in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing interactions between customers, partners, and the product team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day interactions to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - Addressing customer queries, gathering feedback, and nurturing long-term relationships. - Acting as a product expert and promptly resolving customer service issues. - Conducting product and process training sessions for various stakeholders. - Identifying and recruiting new partners or customers to expand the business network. - Leading sales pitches and presentations to potential partners and customers. - Developing feature sheets and marketing collateral to highlight product details and benefits. - Organizing and participating in regular sales training sessions. - Understanding customer needs and ensuring product solutions meet expectations. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer relations, sales support, or product specialist roles. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to explain technical product features in simple, clear terms. - Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
