Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Product Specialist / OT Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions between customers, partners, and the product team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Address customer queries, gather feedback, and nurture long-term relationships.
• Act as a product expert, promptly resolving customer service issues.
• Conduct product and process training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Identify and recruit new partners or customers to expand the business network.
• Lead sales pitches and presentations to potential partners and customers.
• Develop feature sheets and marketing collateral highlighting product details and benefits.
• Organize and participate in regular sales training sessions.
• Understand customer needs and ensure product solutions meet expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience- fresher to 1 year experience in customer relations, sales support, or product specialist roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical product features in simple, clear terms.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
