Job Description

Support the Product team in the development and delivery of new and existing NPS Prism instruments to subscription customers
- Review and interpret data outputs (from Product Ops/Data Engineering teams) and transform them into actionable insights for product development and client use
- Collaborate with Data Visualization and Data Engineering team members on dashboards and workflows ensuring outputs are business-ready rather than building them end-to-end
- Apply structured problem solving and analytical thinking to derive insights from complex datasets and link them back to product strategy and client needs
Partner with senior team members in hypothesis generation, research, quality control, and insight development for product decisions
Clearly communicate findings and implications to product managers and cross-functional stakeholders in a concise and business-oriented way
Ensure quality and accuracy across workstreams, taking ownership of review processes and proactively identifying potential issues
Understand client needs and context, and demonstrate ability to address complex questions by working closely with the Product Manager and Associate Product Manager
Support delivery excellence by ensuring timely, high-quality outputs through effective planning and coordination
Provide ongoing customer support for subscription customers, including additional data cuts, clarifying dashboards/outputs, and responding to questions on data or methodology
