Role Overview

As a Product & Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with the product and marketing teams to shape how our services are presented, promoted, and improved. The role requires someone who understands technology, can manage social media campaigns, run performance ads, and bring in fresh ideas to strengthen both product positioning and digital presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in product development initiatives by gathering user feedback and translating insights into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure ROI-driven results.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and share regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Create engaging content and ideas that highlight product features and customer success stories.
  • Stay updated with the latest tech tools, marketing trends, and competitors’ strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing & performance marketing (internships count).
  • Strong understanding of digital ads platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly grasp product features and communicate them effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with good communication and problem-solving skills.
