Product Retail Wealth Manager

Role & responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for retail wealth management platforms, focusing on digital solutions that empower retail investors. Drive growth initiatives specifically targeting cash market segments equities, ETFs, and other liquid instruments. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Collaborate closely with technology, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and trading volumes on the platform. Work with data analytics teams to monitor platform usage, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conversion funnels. Define and track KPIs related to platform engagement, cash market growth, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting retail wealth products and trading activities. Engage with key stakeholders including brokers, financial advisors, and partners to expand ecosystem integrations and enhance product offerings. Support training and enablement efforts for internal teams to effectively position and sell platform features. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in wealth management, fintech, or capital markets. Strong understanding of retail investing behavior and cash market operations. Experience managing digital platforms or trading applications for retail customers. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, user-friendly product features. Proficiency with product management tools, data analytics platforms, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in fintech or brokerage environments. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, MiFID, or similar. Passion for innovation in financial services and improving investor outcomes. Prior experience driving growth in digital trading or investment platforms.
