Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Research & Sourcing Executive, based in Noida. The executive will be responsible for identifying high-quality luxury products, sourcing vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, evaluating products and market trends, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, pricing, and supplier quality.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with an ability to collaborate across teams and negotiate effectively.
• Experience with procurement and contract negotiation to ensure cost efficiency and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with recruiting and managing third-party suppliers or vendors in the luxury product segment.
• Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to work on-site at the Noida office.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or supply chain management is required.
• Previous experience in luxury product sourcing or procurement is preferred.
