Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Modern Retail, Institutional & Corporate Sales) based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee, manage, and drive sales across modern trade channels, institutional partnerships, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include establishing and cultivating relationships with key accounts, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and tracking performance. The role also involves expanding market reach, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Modern Trade Sales, Institutional Sales, and Corporate Sales
• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Acquisition
• Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Target Achievement, and Performance Tracking
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights for growth
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in FMCG or a related sector is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel as required
