Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Executive-Product Sourcing & Development located in Noida. The Sr Executive will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, identifying sourcing opportunities, developing product strategies, and overseeing the procurement process. The role also involves collaborating with the R&D team for innovation, analyzing product performance, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Research and Research and Development (R&D) capabilities
• Proficient Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Sales acumen and understanding of market trends
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector and sourcing processes is a plus
