Product Owner

You will be responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with the overall strategy of NovintiX. As an Associate Product Owner SC Digital Applications, your major responsibilities will include: - Taking technical ownership in the delivery of digital solutions to support the digital capability pipeline and for DPS Supply Chain. - Working effectively in a Global multi-functional team environment, brainstorming solutions, developing practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and leading change. - Having E2E Project Management responsibility incorporating Budget, Resource, Schedule, Value, Risk Management, and Communication. - Driving best practice work with internal and external technical teams to influence the architectural and UX/UI design of digital products. - Utilizing Agile methodology to lead by identifying product requirements by working with key business partners. - Working closely with the business to manage the development of product user stories through the product software development cycle. - Orchestrating feedback cycles between business owners and the technical team, using an iterative approach to drive maximum value to the customer. - Leading the implementation of new ways to improve the sharing of organizational information. - Motivating and coaching the team to operational success and driving a culture of continuous improvement. - Developing and planning project work schedules, tracking expenditures, and preparing monthly reports as required, ensuring effective communication of ideas, information, and risks to appropriate partners. - Maintaining compliance with all company policies in respect to safety, QSR, and environmental issues. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of digital product development experience or similar initiatives. - Strong data/digital literacy in conjunction with data visualization experience. - Experience in Agile software development. - Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage a technical staff. - Leadership experience in orchestrating cross-functional matrix teams. - Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. - Ability to influence/collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business goals. - Must be able to work mainly within EMEA and NA time zones.,
